Revenue Cycle Intake Specialist - Mogel
Gilbert, AZ (Onsite + 1 Day WFH)
$24–$27 per hour
Full-Time | Monday–Friday
MOGEL is partnering with a growing healthcare technology organization in Gilbert to hire Intake Specialists focused on census tracking, insurance verification, and demographic accuracy.
If you have healthcare intake, billing support, or insurance experience this is a strong opportunity with competitive pay and a structured weekday schedule.
What You’ll Do
• Manage census tracking and intake workflows
• Verify patient insurance and demographics
• Communicate with patients, facilities & payers
• Ensure clean downstream billing
• Meet departmental performance goals
Schedule
Onsite: Monday–Wednesday & Friday
Work-from-home: Thursdays
Consistent 8-hour shift (7 AM – 6 PM start window)
Ideal Background
• Healthcare intake, billing support, credentialing, or contracting
• Strong customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments
