This role is focused on advisory project management rather than contractor-side site execution. The selected candidate will manage project delivery, client coordination, timelines, risks, reporting, and internal workstreams across multidisciplinary consulting assignments. This reflects Nexus Analytica’s established project delivery approach, which includes schedule control, scope supervision, change management, stakeholder communication, risk management, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of consulting projects in renewable energy, power systems, BESS, and related infrastructure advisory.
Manage project schedules, deliverables, milestones, resources, and reporting processes.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across technical, financial, commercial, and regulatory workstreams.
Act as the main interface with clients, partners, utilities, ministries, and other project stakeholders.
Monitor project scope, identify changes, maintain action trackers, and support change management processes.
Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Oversee the preparation of reports, presentations, technical notes, and client deliverables.
Support procurement-related assignments, consultancy supervision, and implementation coordination where relevant.
Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and capacity-building sessions with clients and stakeholders.
Contribute to proposal preparation, methodology development, and business development activities.
These responsibilities reflect Nexus’s documented delivery model, including project preparation, procurement process support, financial management, consultancy services supervision, capacity building, stakeholder interaction, and quality-controlled reporting.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy Systems, Project Management, Economics, Business, or a related field.
5 to 10 years of relevant experience in project management, consulting, infrastructure advisory, renewable energy, or power-sector assignments.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing client-facing consulting projects.
Good understanding of renewable energy projects, project agreements, grid-related assignments, or infrastructure development processes.
Strong organizational, communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong written and spoken English.
Arabic is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in a relevant field.
PMP certification or equivalent project management training is an advantage.
Experience with renewable energy projects, BESS, project preparation, procurement support, or owner’s engineer / advisory assignments.
Familiarity with project planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, and collaboration/document-control platforms.
Experience working with governmental entities, utilities, development partners, or private developers in Egypt, MENA, or Africa is an advantage.
The emphasis on planning, reporting, scope control, schedule adherence, and QA/QC is consistent with Nexus’s own project management methodology, which explicitly references PMI-based practices, Microsoft Project, formal scope-change logging, regular stakeholder communication, monthly progress reporting, and four-eye quality review of deliverables.
