Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the full recruitment and selection process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees for various F&B roles.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Nurture a positive working environment by promoting company values and providing guidance on employee relations matters.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programmes, ensuring staff development and progression.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, staying up-to-date with Saudi Arabian labour laws.
- Manage compensation and benefits programmes to ensure they are competitive and equitable.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure organisational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or in another senior HR executive role.
- Demonstrable experience within the Food & Beverage (F&B), hospitality, or a related fast-paced industry is essential.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field. A professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD) is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian labour law and HR best practices.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact and professionalism.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly advantageous.
