About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Catering Manager to lead and develop a growing catering function within a premium coffee and F&B environment. This role will focus on building catering operations, managing high-volume orders, and delivering exceptional service for corporate, retail, and event-based clients.

The ideal candidate must have a strong catering background, preferably from large-scale operations such as airline catering, contract catering, or established F&B brands.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end catering operations including planning, production, logistics, and delivery. 
  • Develop and implement catering strategies to grow revenue across corporate and event segments. 
  • Handle large-scale catering orders, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service standards. 
  • Coordinate with kitchen, operations, and logistics teams for seamless execution. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key accounts.  
  • Design catering menus and service packages aligned with coffee and F&B offerings. 
  • Monitor costs, budgets, and profitability of catering operations. 
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards (HACCP, local regulations). 
  • Recruit, train, and manage catering staff and service teams. 
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to expanding the catering service line. 

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • 7–12 years of experience in catering operations, preferably in coffee, airline catering, or large-scale F&B environments. 
  • Proven experience handling high-volume catering and corporate clients. 
  • Strong understanding of catering logistics, food production, and service delivery. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills. 
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and operational compliance. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). 
  • Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC market is preferred.
