We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Coordinator - Emirati to join our dynamic team. This Full-Time position, based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to support our growing sales department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in streamlining our sales processes, managing client communications, and contributing directly to the efficiency and success of the team. You will be the central point of coordination, ensuring that our sales operations run smoothly and effectively.
Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling enquiries and coordinating sales-related activities.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing documents, and creating reports.
* Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate client data, sales activities, and lead information.
* Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to ensure they are delivered to a high standard.
* Coordinate the end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification to order processing and follow-up.
* Collaborate closely with other departments, such as mentorship and project delivery teams, to ensure a seamless client experience.
* Generate regular sales reports to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
* Support the organisation of sales meetings, events, and client demonstrations.
Qualifications
* This role is open to Emirati nationals exclusively.
* 0-2 years of experience in a sales support, sales administration, or coordination role.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
* Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
* A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
