Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all civil construction activities for substation projects, including foundations, control buildings, cable trenches, equipment plinths, and roads. 
• Execute works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. 
• Ensure compliance with project quality standards and safety regulations. 
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and design teams for smooth project execution. 
• Monitor daily site activities, manpower, and subcontractors. 
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper material usage and workmanship. 
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. 
• Manage quantities, measurements, and assist in billing/invoicing. 
• Ensure proper implementation of QA/QC procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in substation construction projects (132 kV / 400 kV preferred). 
• Strong knowledge of civil works related to substations.
