Responsibilities
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to propose suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential for this role.
