Role Summary
Fast-growing EdTech and professional training organisation in Dubai hiring an experienced
education sales professional to counsel prospective learners and convert enquiries into enrollments.
Mandatory requirements
Prior experience in education sales / EdTech sales / course counseling is mandatory.
Candidates without education or course-selling experience will not be considered.
Key responsibilities:
• Counsel prospective students on certifications, diplomas, and training programs
• Handle inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM
• Understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs
• Follow up consistently to convert enquiries into enrollments
• Maintain accurate logs and pipeline updates in CRM
• Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding
• Build trust-based relationships with learners and provide clear guidance
Requirements:
• Mandatory experience in EdTech / education sales / course counseling
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Proven ability to meet targets and close enrollments
• High follow-up discipline across calls and WhatsApp
• Customer-focused mindset with strong listening and persuasion skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems and lead management workflows
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
Ideal Profile
• Experience selling professional certifications and corporate training programs
• UAE or GCC education market experience is an advantage
Compensation
Structure: Fixed salary + performance incentives
