The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating, optimizing, and managing property listings across all major rental platforms and websites. Key Responsibilities:
- Create, optimize, and maintain property listings across multiple rental platforms.
- Monitor listing performance and adjust content, pricing, and photos to maximize visibility and occupancy.
- Manage tenant inquiries, applications, and bookings professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate property maintenance, inspections, and virtual or in-person showings.
- Track and report on key performance metrics for all listings.
- Stay updated on platform changes, policies, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams and property owners to implement marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing property listings on multiple online platforms.
- Strong knowledge of rental property management processes, including tenant communication, bookings, and maintenance coordination.
