Job Overview
On behalf of our client, a confidential organisation, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Recruitment Manager to lead their talent acquisition function. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this is a full-time permanent position ideal for a dynamic professional with a proven track record in managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing recruitment strategies to attract and secure top-tier talent, ensuring the organisation is well-positioned to meet its strategic objectives. You will play a crucial role in shaping the company's workforce and fostering a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute innovative and effective recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
* Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial job requisition and sourcing through to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
* Lead and mentor the recruitment team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
* Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand departmental needs and provide expert guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
* Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels, including professional networks, social media, and industry events.
* Analyse recruitment data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and produce regular reports for management.
* Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
* Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other vendors.
* Champion a world-class candidate experience, ensuring all applicants are treated with professionalism and respect.
Qualifications
* Proven experience working as a Recruitment Manager or in a senior talent acquisition role.
* In-depth knowledge of the full recruitment cycle, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
* Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
* Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
* Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
* Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian job market and labour regulations is highly desirable.
* A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
