The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing a high volume of critical documents, ensuring accuracy, and analysing claims with precision. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the high standards of service and integrity for which our firm is known.
Responsibilities
* Review, categorise, and process a high volume of digital documents accurately and efficiently.
* Analyse claims and related documentation to ensure they adhere to established guidelines and regulatory standards.
* Verify information for completeness and correctness, identifying and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
* Maintain impeccable and organised records within the company’s digital file management systems.
* Collaborate with team members and other departments to support a seamless operational workflow.
* Uphold strict confidentiality and data protection protocols at all times.
* Assist in generating reports based on processed data as required.
Qualifications
* Proven professional experience in document processing, claims administration, or a similar data-intensive role.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a remote environment.
* High level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret information and make sound judgements.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
* Experience within the accounting, financial services, or insurance industries is highly desirable.
