Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for all service customers, providing a warm, professional, and welcoming experience.
* Listen carefully to customer descriptions of vehicle issues and accurately document all concerns on the repair order.
* Translate complex technical information from technicians into clear, concise, and understandable explanations for our clients.
* Prepare and present accurate cost and time estimates for all vehicle repairs and routine maintenance.
* Serve as the key liaison between the customer and the workshop, providing regular updates on vehicle status.
* Advise customers on recommended maintenance schedules and additional service needs to ensure their vehicle's optimal performance and safety.
* Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, vehicle services, and repair authorisations.
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by conducting post-service follow-ups.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a Service Advisor role, preferably within a luxury or premium automotive dealership.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with a sophisticated clientele.
* A strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of automotive mechanics and terminology.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and representing a luxury brand.
* Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and other relevant software.
* A full, valid driving licence.
