Salary: $29 - $39 USD per hour
Responsibilities
• Accurately and efficiently input, update, and maintain data from various sources into our company databases and systems.
• Review and verify data for errors, omissions, or inconsistencies, making corrections where necessary to ensure data integrity.
• Handle and process sensitive and confidential legal and compliance documents with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
• Prepare and sort source documents, identifying and interpreting data to be entered.
• Generate reports, retrieve data from the database, and perform periodic data audits as requested by the advisory teams.
• Comply with data integrity, security policies, and confidentiality agreements.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data is collected and managed effectively.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role.
• Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, and comfortable learning new database software.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of integrity and a demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education or certification in administration is a plus.
