In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing outstanding support and information exclusively through our chat-based platforms. Responsibilities
• Engage professionally with clients via live chat to provide timely and accurate information regarding our services, including commercial fit-outs, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and design-build solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound chat enquiries, addressing questions and providing support with a consistently high level of service.
• Guide clients and potential customers through our website and digital client portals, ensuring a seamless and positive user experience.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and effectively escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams, such as project managers or the sales department.
• Maintain precise and detailed records of all client interactions and communications within our CRM system.
• Gather and document client feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and support processes.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure a consistent and professional brand image across all client touchpoints.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in a client support or customer service role, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in chat-based communication.
• Exceptional written communication skills in English, with impeccable grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• A self-motivated, disciplined, and organised approach, essential for success in a remote working role.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and digital communication platforms is highly advantageous.
• A genuine interest in the construction or architectural industry is desirable but not essential.
