Job Overview
Epik International, a leading provider of domain registration and web hosting services, is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. We are committed to simplifying online identity management for our diverse global clientele through secure and reliable solutions. This dual-focus role is critical to our growth, combining strategic human resources management with hands-on talent acquisition to help us build a world-class team. This is a FULL_TIME position, and the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture and driving our recruitment strategy. This is a remote role, open to candidates based in the United Kingdom.
Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 USD per annum, dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives.
• Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Manage all aspects of employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling, ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
• Create, implement, and maintain company HR policies and procedures.
• Partner with leadership to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
• Champion a positive and high-performing company culture.
• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience.
• Utilise HR metrics and recruitment analytics to inform decision-making and improve processes.
Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience in a senior HR generalist role with a significant focus on talent acquisition.
• Demonstrable experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, preferably within the technology or web services industry.
• Thorough understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• A CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) is highly desirable.
• A proactive and autonomous working style, suitable for a remote position.
