Key Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and rate analysis for electrical infrastructure projects.
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and BOQs.
- Obtain and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, and Project teams for cost validation.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Maintain estimation records, cost databases, and tender documentation.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 3–6 years of experience in electrical estimation and tendering.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and rate analysis.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in HT/LT systems, Street Lighting, Utility Shifting, MEP, or EPC projects is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
