We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Specialist to join our team on a Full-Time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a persuasive and enthusiastic individual to contribute to our company's growth by generating sales over the telephone.

The ideal candidate will be an outstanding communicator with a proven ability to convert leads into sales. You will play a crucial role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This role is based in our office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities

- Proactively contact potential and existing customers to present, promote, and sell our products and services.
- Clearly articulate product features and benefits, and answer any questions from prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively recommend appropriate solutions.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly sales quotas in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of customer information, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
- Keep detailed records of calls, sales, and other useful information within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to build a strong pipeline and contribute to team targets.
- Handle customer grievances with professionalism to preserve the company's reputation.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales or customer service role.
- A demonstrable track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets, preferably over the phone.
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in the use of computers and CRM software.
- Resilient and persistent with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- A high school diploma is required; a degree in a relevant field would be an advantage.
