Sales Executive – Truck Dispatching Services

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our truck dispatching team and help expand our client base by connecting with trucking companies and owner-operators across the USA. The ideal candidate should be confident in cold calling, lead generation, relationship building, and sales conversion, with an understanding of the U.S. trucking and dispatching industry.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to trucking companies, owner-operators, and fleet owners.

Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other channels.

Present and explain our truck dispatching services professionally.

Identify clients' operational needs and recommend suitable dispatching solutions.

Negotiate service terms and successfully convert prospects into clients.

Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential and existing clients.

Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with trucking company owners.

Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Achieve monthly sales and client acquisition targets.

Stay updated on U.S. trucking industry trends, freight markets, and competitors.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of sales/cold-calling experience in US Truck Dispatch Compaign required.

Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.

Strong convincing and objection-handling abilities.

Confident and professional phone presence.

Target-oriented, self-motivated, and persistent.

Ability to work during U.S. business hours/night shift.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM, email, and communication tools.
