Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and highly organised Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our vital research and operational activities by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of managing sensitive information with the utmost discretion. This is a fully remote position with both full-time and part-time opportunities available, offering flexibility and the chance to contribute to a groundbreaking cause from your own home.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently enter a variety of data into company databases and systems.
* Review and verify data for errors or omissions, correcting any inconsistencies to ensure high levels of accuracy.
* Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company and research-related information.
* Organise and maintain electronic files and records in an orderly manner.
* Perform regular data quality checks and contribute to data cleansing initiatives.
* Generate reports and retrieve data from systems for various teams as requested.
* Adhere to all data privacy and security protocols established by the company.
Qualifications and Skills
* Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar position.
* Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a high level of attention to detail.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to work independently and maintain focus in a remote environment.
* A high degree of integrity and a professional approach to handling confidential information.
* Experience working within a scientific, pharmaceutical, or research environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
