Job Summary

The Facility Management Engineer – Civil will support the delivery of civil maintenance and FM services, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contractual requirements and applicable Qatar standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor preventive and corrective civil maintenance activities.
Conduct inspections and identify building and civil defects.
Coordinate technicians, contractors, and maintenance activities.
Prepare technical reports, work plans, and corrective action recommendations.
Monitor work quality and compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
Ensure compliance with Qatar codes, HSE, quality, and environmental requirements.
Support project and FM management activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years' experience in Facility Management and/or Project Management within the GCC.
UPDA/MMUP Grade B or C – mandatory.
Strong knowledge of civil maintenance works.
Good understanding of Qatar standards and codes.
Fluent in Arabic and English – mandatory.
Strong analytical, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
