About the role

We are seeking a skilled A320/321 Captain to join our dynamic team based in Cairo, Egypt. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our operations while providing an exceptional flying experience for our passengers. As an integral member of the flight crew, you will be responsible for the overall conduct of the flight, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key responsibilities

Command the A320/321 aircraft, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standard operating procedures throughout every flight.
Conduct pre-flight briefings, including assessment of weather conditions, flight plans, and crew coordination to guarantee a thorough understanding of the mission.
Monitor and assess aircraft systems during flight, making critical decisions to manage any irregularities or emergencies that may arise.
Maintain professionalism and communication with both cabin crew and ground operations, ensuring a seamless experience for passengers and maintaining operational integrity.
Complete detailed flight logs and ensure accurate record-keeping of all flight-related documentation as per regulatory requirements.
Stay abreast of industry developments and participate in ongoing training and assessments to ensure continued proficiency and compliance with aviation standards.

Requirements

Valid ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) with an A320/321 type rating and extensive knowledge of aircraft systems.
Minimum PIC 500 hours total time on A320 type
Last flight on A320 within the past 12 months
Approved Class 1 Medical
Minimum English Language Proficiency level 4
Strong understanding of aviation safety protocols, regulations, and operational procedures.
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, displaying sound judgment and decision-making skills in dynamic environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration with crew members and ground staff
