Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels with professionalism and efficiency.
* Provide accurate information regarding our extensive range of pharmaceuticals, medical products, and healthcare solutions.
* Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
* Process customer orders, returns, and requests with a high degree of accuracy.
* Maintain detailed and precise records of all customer interactions and transactions in our internal systems.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and clinical support, to ensure customer needs are met.
* Uphold the company's reputation by demonstrating a commitment to our core values and customer-centric focus in every interaction.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role is essential.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a clear, professional, and courteous manner.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to find effective solutions for customers.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and a demonstrated ability to learn new software systems quickly.
* A genuine passion for helping others and a patient, empathetic approach to customer relations.
* Experience within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry is highly desirable but not essential.
