Job Description:
Mid Cities Oms is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in our systems. This is a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our organization.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Entering data into our systems accurately and efficiently
- Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of data entered
- Organizing and maintaining digital and physical files
- Assisting with data cleanup and data entry projects
- Communicating with team members to ensure data integrity
- Following company policies and procedures for data entry and data management
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field is preferred.
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent typing and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Experience with data entry software or systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology and/or experience in the healthcare industry
