Job Description:
We are currently seeking qualified Records File Clerks to join our team at Mid Cities Oms. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and organizing patient records in a timely and efficient manner. This is a full-time position with a remote work style.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize patient records in accordance with company policies and procedures
Accurately input and update patient information into electronic medical records system
Retrieve and file patient records as needed
Ensure confidentiality and security of patient records at all times
Assist with record audits and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
Communicate with team members to ensure timely and accurate record keeping
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and complete patient records
Provide support to other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience with record audits and regulatory compliance is a plus
