Position: Administrative Coordinator - Part Time & Full Time
Job Summary:
TauRx Therapeutics is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Houston, Texas. As an integral member of our organization, you will provide administrative support to our team of professionals and contribute to the success of our mission to improve the lives of those affected by neurodegenerative diseases. This position is available for both part-time and full-time employment, with a competitive hourly salary of USD 30-35.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including organizing and managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as required
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
- Serve as the point of contact for all internal and external communications
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
Work Style:
This is a remote position, allowing for a flexible work schedule. However, occasional on-site presence may be required for meetings and special events.
