Main Purpose of Job:
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing advisory projects for insurance companies across the region. Projects may include company restructuring, run-off management, establishment of new insurance companies or branches, market entry, operational transformation and process improvement.
Reporting To: Advisory Manager.
Job Description
· Manage advisory projects from initial assessment through implementation and completion.
· Develop project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
· Coordinate with client management, internal teams, regulators, consultants and external service providers.
· Assess client operations, processes and organizational structures and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
· Support restructuring and operational transformation projects.
· Coordinate insurance run-off projects and related operational, claims, financial and regulatory workstreams.
· Manage projects for establishing new insurance companies, branches or operations, including licensing, operational readiness and implementation.
· Coordinate development and implementation of policies, procedures, workflows and operating models.
· Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies and outstanding actions.
· Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for clients and Braxtone management.
· Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed timelines, quality standards and client expectations.
Essential Qualifications Required (Education/Experience/Skills)
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, Project Management or related field.
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within insurance, consulting or project management.
· Good understanding of insurance operations and regulatory environments.
· Experience in restructuring, transformation, run-off or business establishment projects is an advantage.
