Job Title: HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall goals
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including interviewing and onboarding new employees
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to promote professional growth and development
Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration
Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes
Develop and maintain HR records and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the tourism and hospitality industry
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, laws, and best practices
Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
