Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to set appointments for insurance consultations.
Develop and maintain a database of leads and track communication history.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand service offerings and effectively communicate them to prospects.
Use persuasive communication skills to engage prospects and articulate the benefits of our insurance program.
Follow up with leads to ensure they are well-informed and ready for scheduled appointments.
Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly appointment-setting targets as outlined by management.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar role or in a sales environment is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
